Who's behind The Star Tree?
Jeffrey Blake Palmer
Jeff
has been working as a graphic designer, video producer
and
media consultant for the last 15 years. He is also an
accomplished filmmaker, visual artist and screenwriter.
His current script The
Sleeping Deep
recently won Top Prize
at the 2008 H.P. Lovecraft Film Festival for best screenplay.
Like
many of his projects, The Star Tree came to him in a dream
and eventually grew into its current form, a 32-page illustrated
children's book.
He's thrilled to have teamed up with Elba Raquel.
Elba Raquel
An
Academy of Art Illustration Alumni, looking to go to
Editorial and children's books. I learned to paint at Evergreen
Valley College in San Jose from Barbara Bouchard.
As
of this year I have made myself 3 homes: San Jose, Mexico
and now San Francisco.
