Howard was born in Northern California and began acting long before he began shaving. He has trained in Sacramento with acting teacher Ed Claudio and was a member of 2008-2009 internship at the B St. Theatre, founded by Tim and Buck Busfield. Favorite theatre roles include “Gus” in The Dumb Waiter, “Lucky” in Waiting for Godot, “Tim” in The Distance From Here, “Hally” in Master Harold…and the Boys, and “Ronnie” in The House of Blue Leaves. Since 2005, he has acted in over twenty short and feature films. Recent feature credits include Nightbeats, which played at the 2010 Method Fest Film Festival, and Canary, by acclaimed filmmaker Alejandro Adams. Galen also has a lead role in Adams’ Child of God, currently in post-production. |
